Sohini is a seasoned financial executive, with substantial operating and strategic experience, primarily in the asset management, fintech space. She has successfully helped several institutions scale.
She most recently served as Nexseer Capital’s Chief Finance Officer and is now a member of its board. Nexseer is a private-equity-owned, equipment finance company. She previously co-founded Allsop MyRA, a Reg-Tech company in the UK and was the Chief Accounting Officer at Bridgewater Associates, a $160B hedge fund in Westport, CT.
Sohini is on the Board of the Monitor, the most widely read content provider in the equipment leasing industry. She is also a founding member of the non-profit Moonlight Foundation, dedicated to making adoption a genuine choice for mothers experiencing an unexpected pregnancy.
Sohini joined the Silver Fern board to amplify the impact of her experience, education, and passion. She will support the leadership team in developing, maintaining, and evolving a corporate radar and building long-term enterprise value.
Sohini earned her executive MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
